A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Washington County,' sub-title 'Hancock.' to follow
section 241, and to be designated as section 241 A,
giving power to the Burgess and Commissioners of
Hancock to regulate, license and tax restaurants,
breweries and all saloons, and other places where
malt, spirituous, vinous and fermented liquors are
sold."

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 260 and
261 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title 'Wild Fowl,'
as repealed and re-enacted with amendments by chap-
ter 582 of the Act. of 1892 and to re-enact the same
with amendments and to add a new section to said
Article to be designated as 'Section 261 A.' "
