A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 207, 208,
209, 210, 211, 312 and 213 of Article 10, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Dorchester County,' sub-title
'Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,' and the amend-
ments thereto made by the General Assembly of
Maryland, as follows, to-wit:"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.
By Mr. Harrison,

A bill entitled, "An Act to repeal section 18 of
chapter 432, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session of 1900, amending the charter of the
town of Brunswick, Frederick county, Maryland, and
to re-enact said section 18, chapter 482 of the Acts of
1900, with amendments so as to read as follows."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Frederick delegation.
By Mr. Gibbs,

A bill entitled "An Act to add a section to Article
27 of the Code of Public Laws, title 'Fraud, Stallions,
Jacks,' and to be known as '174 A.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the. Judiciary.

By Mr. Howard,

A bill entitled "An Acfc to enable the qualified
voters of Garrett county to determine by ballot
whether bonds not to exceed the sum of one hundred
and twenty-five thousand dollars shall be issued by
the County Commissioners of said county for the pur-
pose of building and furnishing a new court house and
jail at the county seat, Oakland, in said county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Garrett delegation and Mr. Fryer.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 2, 3 and
6 of chapter 498 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at its session of 1898, entitled 'An
Act to provide for maintaining and keeping in repair
