Mr. Bennett, from Select Committee, reported 'fav-
orably,

Senate bill, File No. 168, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Wicomico coun-
ty to issue bonds for the purpose of erecting a build-
ing in the town of Salisbury, to be known as the 'Wi-
comico County High School Building,''for equipping
and furnishing the same, to be used for the public
schools of the said county, and to levy and collect
taxes for payment of said bonds, and to authorize the
purchase or condemnation of a lot for the same by the
Board of School Commissioners of Wicomico county."

Which, was read the second time.

Mr. Jackson, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably.

House bill, File No. 435, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 11 and 24 of
chapter 619, of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session of 1900, an Act to pro
vide for the election of a county treasurer for Talbot
county, and defining the duties and powers of said,
treasurer,"

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Downs, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File 429, entitled, "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title
'County Commissioners,' relating to the fees of jus-
tices of the peace and constables, and to be designated
'121 A.'"

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
