Mr. Walls, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 466, entitled "An Act providing
for the* box from which the jurors for Queen Anne's
county shall be hereafter drawn and changing the di-
mension of same as they exist."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Charles, from Select Committee reported unfav-
orably,

House bill, File No. 369, entitled "An Act to repeal
chapter 407 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, of 1898, entitled 'An Act to add an ad-
ditional section to Article 38 of the Code of Public
General Laws,' entitled 'Fines and Forfeitures,' so far
as relates to Washington county."

Unfavorable report adopted.
Also favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 178, entitled "An Act authoriz-
ing and directing the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington county in their discretion to levy and collect
annually in perpetuity, a sum of money in aid of the
maintenance of a Hospital to be established in the
town Hagerstown in said county."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wells, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill. File No. 371, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact section 27 of Article 56 of the Public
General Laws of Maryland, so far as the same applies
to Prince George's county, title' 'Hawkers and Ped-
dlers,' as amended by the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, 1892, chapter 410, and Acts of 1898,
chapter 183, be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows.' "

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

ably.
