thorize the County Commissioners of Charles county
to levy a sum of money ne .essary to build two school
houses for white children, one in the second election
district and one in the third election district of Charles
county, title 'Charles County,' sub title 'Public
School.' "

Mr. Murphy, from Select Committee reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill, File No. 170, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 139 and 152 of Article 10, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Dorchester County,'
sub-title 'East New Market,' and to re-enact, the same
with amendments."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Walls, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 465. entitled "Au Act to amend
and add certain new sections to Article 18 of the Pub-
lic Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Queen
Anne's county, sub-title 'Queenstown,' as amended
and re-enacted by chapter 542, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, at its January session,
1892, empowering the Commissioners of Queenstown
to compel property holders to erect and build side
walks."

Which was read the second time and ordered to
be engrossed for a third reading.
