House bill, File No. 317, entitled "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 12, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Garrett County,' sub-title 'Justices
of the Peace and Constables,' defining the jurisdiction
of Justices of the Peace, said section to be designated
as section 135 A."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Collins, from the Committee on Claims, reported
favorably the following order:
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay the
Superintendent of Public Buildings for the carpets
furnished the type-writers' room in lobby near
Speaker's room.
