priate a sum of money to Dr. J. Fussel Martenet, for-
mer State Vaccine Agent, for money expended for
vaccine supplies in excess of appropriation heretofore
made for the same."

engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File 305, entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money to pay the claim of the Cushing Com-
pany of Baltimore city for stationery, furnished the
Executive Department, the Court of Appeals and the
Maryland State Library, from July 19, 1903 ; and for
