Mr. Johnston, from Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 26, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 11 of Article 32, of the Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'Dentistry,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments."

Which was read the first time.

Also favorably, with amendments.

House bill, File No. 214, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, section 275, of Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes
and Punishments,' sub-title 'Vagrants and Tramps."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line "41" after the word "prisoners" add "within
the jail walls and in the presence of the jail physician,
and not more than five other persons. Provided how-
ever, that the provisions of this Act shall not apply to
Allegany and Garrett county."
