House bill, File No. 449, entitled "An Act to add
new sections to chapter 178 of the Acts of 1896, en-
titled 'An Act to incorporate the town of Ridgely,
Caroline County, Maryland, by providing for the is-
suing and sale of bonds by the Commissioners of
Ridgely for erecting and maintaining waterworks in
said town and authorizing the said commissioners to
condemn such land as may be necessary for the build-
ing of said works.' "

Senate bill, File No. 171, entitled "An Act author-
izing and directing the Mayor and Council of Hagers-
town, in their discretion, to levy and collect annually
in perpetuity a sum of money in aid of the mainte-
nance of a hospital to be established in the town of
Hagerstown, Washington county."
