Laws, entitled 'Attorney's,' sub-title 'States Attorney'
so far as the same applies to Washington county, and
to add and enact in lien thereof two additional sec-

title 'Washington County,' providing a fixed salary
for the State's Attorney and abolishing compensation
by fees."
