Senate bill, File No. 130, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections 62 and 65 of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-title 'Charter,' re-
lating to the department of law of the city of Balti-
more."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

Also,

Senate, bill, File No. 110, entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments chapter 307 of the
Laws of Maryland passed at the January Session 1890,
entitled 'An Act to require the Commissioners of Tal-
bot county to pay annually to the Commissioners of
Easton the amount of road tax levied or taxed upon
the property within the limits of the town of Easton."

Which was read the first lime, and referred to the
Talbot delegation.
Also,

Senate bill. File No. 167, entitled "An Act to lay
out and establish a new election district in Somerset
county, out of a part or parts of Tangier District No.
9, of said county, to be called and known as 'Deal's
Island District No. 14,' and to provide for the ap-
pointment of Justices of the Peace, the enforcement
of existing local laws now in force in the territory
comprising said new district, and to place said district
with St. Peters, Dames Quarter and Tangier Districts
in the allotments of a County Commissioner and Tax
Collector for said county, as now exist for said district
by law, and to require the Supervisors of Election to
appoint election officials for said new district."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Somerset delegation.
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 132, entitled "Au Act to add
a new section to Article 72, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Oysters,' sub-title 'State Fishery
Force,' to follow section 36, and to be designated as
'Section 36 A.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
