nated as the 'Twenty Eighth Election District of Alle-
gany County.' "

A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Catoctin
and Pen Mar Railway Company."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 272 Acts
of General Assembly of 1902, entitled 'An Act to pro-
hibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquor or
lager beer within one mile of white public school No.
