REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Bouchet, from Militia Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill, File No. 87, entitled "An Act to give
powers to the Board of Trustees of the Fifth Regi-
ment Armory, to rent the Fifth Regiment Armory
temporarily, and to authorize the city of Baltimore to
provide temporary quarters for the Fifth Regiment
Infantry, Maryland National Guard."

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Johnston, from Judiciary Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 36, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 8 of chapter 419, of the Acts passed at the
January Session of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,
and to add two new sections to the said Act, to be
known as 'Section 8 A, and Section 3 B.' "

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Green, from Committee on Agriculture, reported
favorably,

House bill, File No. 105, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections 55 and 63, of
Article 25, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title 'County Commissioners,' sub-title
'Draining Lands,' and to add four new sections to said
Article and sub-title to be known respectively as 'Sec-
tions 74 A, 75 A, 75 B and 75 C."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hill, from Committee on Hygiene, reported
favorably,

House bill, File No. 318, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Talbot county, in the State of Maryland, in their dis-
cretion to construct a bridge across Roll's Creek in
Talbot county."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
