LEAVE TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
Leave was granted the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of raoney for the maintenance of the
Fifth Regiment Armory."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to the Board of Trustees of the
Fifth Regiment Armory for the purpose of making
several additions thereto and to repay the board of
officers of the fifth regiment for advances made by
them towards the completion of said building and to
repay E. M. Noel for extra work done by him on said
armory."
On motion of Mr. Walls,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judic-
iary to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare
the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to
certain bequests."
On motion of Mr. Williams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide
for deficiency in payment of Census enumerators under
chapter 3, Acts of 1901, Extraordinary Session."
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to the Board of Trustees of the
