condemnation or otherwise, additional lots of ground
within the city of Baltimore for the erection of public
school buildings, and to erect public school buildings
thereon, and for such purposes to appropriate from time
to time, subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Esti-
mates, out of the sum of four million, four hundred
and twenty-two thousand, four hundred and sixty
dollars and seventy-four cents, ($4,422,460.74) forming
part of the purchase price paid by the Fuller Syndi-
cate for the interests of the City of Baltimore in the
Western Maryland Railroad Company, and heretofore
passed to the credit of the general sinking fund of
said citv, sums not exceeding in the whole one million
dollars ($1,000,000.)"

On motion of Mr. Williams,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal a section
of the Public Laws, entitled 'Crimes and Punishment,
Chapter 215, Acts of 1902.' "

On motion of Mr. Downs, it was
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay to W.
M. Holladay the sum of ten dollars, ($10.00) for print-
ing the names of the members of the House of Dele-
gates, to be placed on the desk of each member, by
order of the superintendent of Public Buildings.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Lipman,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judici-
ary, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 11. of Article 32, of the Public General Laws of
Maryland, title Dentistry," and to re-enact the same
with amendments."

On motion of Mr Goslin.

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judici-
ary, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize
and empower the Trustees of Oakland Camp Ground
to sell the same and re-invest the money."

On motion of Mr. Green,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Education
