A bill entitled "An Act regulating the loan of
money, when a security for such loan, a lien is taken
npon household furniture and effects, musical instru-
ments, typewriters and sewing machines, in use or
located in any dwelling-house, by repealing and re-
enacting with amendments section 7 of Article 49 of
Code of Public General Laws, title 'Interest and Usu-
ary,' as the same was re enacted by chapter 404 of the
Acts of the General Assembly, passed at its January
Session, in the year 1902."

scription to Riley's History of the General Assembly

money to the Maryland Agricultural College for the
purpose of completing the new administration build-
ing and other buildings on the State property."

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor
and Council of the Town of Kensington, in Mont-
gomery county, co borrow money on the credit of the
town for the purpose of constructing a system of
water works and electric lights, and to redeem all
bonds of said town issued under previous Acts, and
levy taxes on the assessable property of said town to
repay the money borrowed and interest, and to take
