when the General Assembly adjourns to-day, it stands
adjourned to Monday, January 18th, at 7.30 p. m...
and concur therein.

COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE.

ANNAPOLIS, MD., January 12th, 1904.
Hon. Geo. Y. Everhart,

Speaker of the House of Delegates of Maryland.
Dear Sir:

I have the honor to present through you to the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland my fourth annual report,
in pursuance of Section 9 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public General Laws, giving in detail a "statement of
the funds and the revenues of the State and of the
public expenditures," for the fiscal year ended, Sep-
tember 30, 1903.
