The Journal of the 16th was read and approved.

ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Wells, it was

Ordered by the House of Delegates, That each and
every bill when introduced shall be accompanied by
its original copy.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Dodson, Chairman of the Com-
mittee on Public Buildings, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Dodson (chairman), Willey,
Lansdale, Lowman, Evans, Hall, Mitchell, Harry,
and Charles, be excused.

On motion of Mr. Baker, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Charles be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Wilson, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Walls be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was
Ordered. That Mr. Buckler be excused from to-day's
session.

On motion of Mr. Hiteshew, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Harry be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Miles, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Milbourne be excused on account
of business.

On motion of Mr. Tennant, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Mitchell be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.
