Chapter 5. "An Act to prohibit the sale of spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any place in
Garrett county within three miles of Fairview Church,
in election district number eight."

Chapter 6. "An Act to authorize the President and
Commissioners of Chesapeake City to issue bonds of
said town to pay off the indebtedness of said town,
growing out of a suit of Mrs. Agnes T. Emmons and
otherwise."

Chapter 7. "An Act to repeal and re-enact section
34 of the charter of the town of Gaithersburg, in Mont-
gomery county, as enacted by chapter 526 of the laws
of the General Assembly of 1898."
