On motion of Mr. Loar, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Bingham be excused from to-
day's, session on account of having to go to the House
of Correction.

On motion of Mr. Amiss, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Williams and Lansdale be
excused.

On motion of Mr. Jackson, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Collins and Dodson be ex-
cused from to-day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Dennis, it was
Ordered. That Mr. Kirbin be excused from attend-
ance at session of the House until Tuesday, on account
of important business.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

A bill entitled "An Act to extend the time for trans-
mitting the statements to the Insurance Commissioner
required by section 135 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Corporation.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Insurance and Loans.
By Mr. Collins,

A bill, entitled "An Act to repeal section 164, Article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Talbot
county,' sub-title 'Oysters," as amended by chapter 178
of the Acts of 1894 and re-enact the same with amend-
ments."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Talbot delegation.
By Mr. Bosse,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 19 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public General Local Laws,
title 'Corporations,' sub-title 'Provisions for the For-
mation of Corporations.' and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
