On motion of Mr. Charles, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Mitchell be excused from attend-
ance at to-day's session on account of sickness in his
family.

On motion of Mr. Grant, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Evans be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.
Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Becker be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Riggan, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Milbourne be excnsed from to-
day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Kain, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Fuss be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Haines be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Crawford, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Smith be excused from to-day's
session on accouut of business.

On motion of Mr. Bond, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Simmons be excused from to-
day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Gibbs, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Atkinson be excused from to-
day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Walls, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Wilson be excused from to-day's
session on account of .sickness.

Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Butler be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bennett, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Hearn be excused from atten-
dance of to-day's session on account of business.
