new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled 'Chancery,' sub-title 'Injunction,'
to be arranged under the new sub-title 'Promotion of
the more beneficial enjoyment of the rights of property
and of home, prevention of the decrease in values
thereof, and of the taxable basis of the State, the
counties, the city of Baltimore, and of other incorpor-
ated cities and towns, and the better protection of
personal rights' lo be arranged next after section 69 of
the said Article and to be numbered '69 A, 69 B, 69 C, ' "

House bill, File No. 720, entitled "An Act better to
secure the collection by the State of the license fees
required to be paid for every hand employed on boats
engaged in taking or catching oysters with scoops,
dredges or similar instruments in any of the waters of
the State, and to protect such persons from cruelty and
imposition, and for those purposes, to add sections 69,
.70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82 to
Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Oysters,' said sections to constitute a new sub-title of
such Article to be entitled 'Shipping Commissioners,'
and said sections so to be added to such Article to be
designated as 'Sections 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76,
77, 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82, to come in after section 68.' "

Which was read the second time and ordered to
be engrossed for the third reading.

ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county, and the County Commissioners of Talbot
