1904.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 1843

House of Delegates and Committee Rooms and taking
up carpets and moving furniture after adjournment of
the Legislature.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Fryer, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Keys be excused from to-days
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Fuss, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Haines be excused on account of
important business.

On motion of Mr. Baker, it was

Orderded, That Mr. Bingham be excused from to-
day's session on account of sickness.
On motion, it was

Ordered, That Louis C. Etchison, Engrossing Clerk
be paid for the full session.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Morrison, it was

Ordered, That the Baltimore and Annapolis Short
Line Railroad be paid the sum of $45.35, balance due
(as per bill attached) for special train used by the Bal-
timore city delegation and other Members of the House
to return to Baltimore on the night of February 8th,
on account of the great fire.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.

Mr. Johnston, from Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported unfavorable,

House bill, File No. 663, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the delivery, the bringing for the purpose of de-
livery, and the having in possession for said purpose
of delivery of spirituous wines, malt or brewed liquors
within any city, town, township, borough, place gov-
erned by borough commission, village, sea side resort
