Mr. Hitchcock, from Committee on Game and Fish
reported with the recommendation that it be referred
to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill, File No. 415, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6and
7 of chapter 293, of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1896, and to be known as 'Section 14,'
and to follow immediately after section 13 of said Act
so as to read as follows."

Upon recommendation referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

Mr. Becker, from Committee on Temperance, re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 270, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 690 of Article 4, .
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Balti-
more,' sub-title 'Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks.' "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Becker, from Committee on Temperance, re-
ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 184, entitled "An Act to pre-
vent the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer within a Certain area of territory of Balti-
more city, in the State of Maryland."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Benson, from Committee on Corporations re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 740, entitled "An Act to pre-
vent the overcrowding of street cars in Baltimore
city."

Which unfavorable report was adopted.
Also favorably,

Senate bill. File No. 836, entitled "An Act (o amend
and extend the charter of the Caroline County Sav-
ings Bank, Caroline county, Maryland, and to change
the name of the same."
