clare the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, to sundry gifts, bequest and devises
contained in the last will and testaments of certain
persons deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants,
sales, leases and deeds made by various persons to
and for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial per-
sons, religious corporations, educational institutions
denomination or sects, and to certain charitable insti-
tutions hereinafter named."

Senate bill, File No. 305, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments Article 80 of the Code
of Public General Laws of the State of Maryland, title
'Reporter-State,' and re-enacting the same with amend-
ments, under title 'State Reporter and Codifier,' and
to provide for the edition and publication of the re-
ports of the Court of Appeals of, Maryland, and com-
pilation and publication of a Code of Public General
Laws and Public Local Laws of the State of Mary-
land."

stockholders to creditors and depositors of safe de-
posits, trust, guarantee, loan and fidelity companies."
