property adjacent to and occupied by State Tobacco
Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2; and in replacing necessary
furniture and fixtures in any of the State Tobacco
Warehouses in Baltimore city, and making repairs to
any of said State Tobacco Warehouses, the amount to
be taken from the Tobacco Warehouse Fund."
