Senate bill, File No. 226, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to pay the Treasurer of Mary-
land State Board of Education the amount of sundry
bills paid bv him for repairs to the State Normal
School Building."
Which was read the second time.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported unfavorably,

Senate bill, File No. 391, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate the sum of twenty five hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary to be expended by
the Board of Public Works in repairing the wharf
property adjacent to and occupied by State Tobacco
Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2; and in replacing necessary
furniture and fixtures in any of the State Tobacco
Warehouses in Baltimore city, and making repairs to
any of said State Tobacco Warehouses, the amount to
be taken from the Tobacco Warehouse Fund."

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Also favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 325, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize and empower the Board of Public Works to
advertise for proposals and to enter into a contract for
such supplies, stationery, blank books, and materials
of a like character as may be needed by the Court of
Appeals and Library of the State, the Executive De-
partment, the General Assembly of Maryland for the
year during which the same may be in session, and all
other State Departments not specifically herein men-
tioned."

Which was read the second time.

Also favorably with'amendments.

Senate bill, File No. 241, entitled "An Act to repeat
and re-enact with amendments, section 45, of Article-
72 of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Oysters,"
sub-title 'State Fishery Force.' "
