AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After the word at the end of section 3 add the fol-
lowing, "and upon the neglect, failure or refusal any
faction to file the names for said Judges and Clerks
then it shall be the duty of the said Supervisors of
Elections to make all the appointments from the list
of registered voters of the district when no such list
has been received or filed?'

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

House bill, File No. 709, entitled "An Act to pre-
vent the hauling of seine in certain waters of Anne
Arundel county."

insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five."

and insert in lieu thereof the word '"one."

ably,

Senate bill, File No. 369, entitled "An Act to amend

Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-

land, title 'Baltimore County,' sub-title 'Clerks,' by

adding an additional section to record plats in his

office, to follow section 30, as 'Section 30 A.' "

Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State

of Maryland, title 'Baltimore County,' sub-title

County Commissioners,' by adding an additional sec-
