Senate bill, File No. 333, entitled "An Act to repeal
Section 15 chapter 136, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the January session
1892, entitled 'An Act to incorporate the town of Aber-
deen in Harford county' as repealed and re-enacted by
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed
at the January session 1894, chapter 488, section 15
and to re-enact the same with amendments and to be
known as 'Section 15 F, Section 15 G, Section 15 H,
and Section 15 I,' relating to the borrowing of money
and the issuing of bonds therefor by the town of Aber-
deen, to follow immediately after Section 15 C, of said
Act of 1894, chapter 488."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Downs, from Select Committee, reported with
recommendations that it be referred to the Judiciary
Committee,

House bill, File No. 789, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide an option in case of the sale of the States stock
in the Annapolis Water Company for the Mayor,
Counsellor and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis."

Upon recommendation referred to the Judiciary
Committee.

Also favorably,

House bill, File No 809, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 191 to—, both
inclusive of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title 'Roads,'
as the same were enacted by chapter 531 of the Acts
1898, and section 124 as enacted by chapter 433 of the
Acts of 1902, and to re-enact in lieu thereof certain
sections, to be numbered '191 to —,' to read as follows,
'and providing a new system for repairing and making
permanent improvements to the public roads of Anne
Arundel county.' "

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Also favorably, with amendments,.

House bill, File No. 849, entitled "An Act to legal-
ize primary elections in Anne Arundel county."
