engrossed for a third reading.

Also, with the recommendation that it be referred
to the Committee on Ways and Means,

Senate bill, File No. 321, entitled "An Act to com-
plete the work of the Commissioners appointed under
the Act cf 1902, chapter 446, to revise the Incorpora-
tion Laws of this State either by the continuation of
the Commissioners appointed for that purpose or by
the appointment of new Commissioners and to appro-
priate a sum of money to defray the expenses of said
Commission."

Upon recommendation, referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

Also, with the recommendation that it be referred
to the Committee on Ways and Means,

House bill, File No. 857, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 2 of Article 59 of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled 'Lunatics and Insane,' and to re-enact
the same with amendments "

Upon recommendation, referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

Also unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 548, entitled "An Act to add a
new section to Article 27 of the Code of Public Laws,
title 'Fraud, Stallions, Jacks,' and to be known as

174 A.' "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.
Also unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 730, entitled "An Act to make
all ground rents and other charges of land hereafter
created in the State of Maryland, subject to taxation
and to do away with "certain covenants in lease and
other instruments of conveyance, hereafter executed
in this State."
