iately follow section 19 to be designated as section 19
A, providingfor securing property, the property of
pledgers held by pawn brokers.' "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In section 19 A, lines 4,5 and 6, strike out the
words, "and such pawnbrokers shall always be liable to
any pledger, or pledgers who have pledged goods with
him to the full extent of their value incase the same
should be lost stolen or destroyed by fire or other
causes."
