A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 7 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public General Laws title 'Banks', sub-title 'Un-
claimed Dividends and Deposits.'

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Judiciary.
Also.

A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Art-
icle 43 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Health,' sub-title 'Practitioners of Medicine,' to fol-
low section 48 A, providing for an examination of
opticians who examine eyes and prescribe eye-
glasses."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Hygiene.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 3 of chapter 543 of the Acts of
1902, entitled 'An Act to regulate the taking of fish
in the waters of Allegany county."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Allegany delegation.

By Mr. Lipman. (by request),

A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Ar-
ticle 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Licenses,' sub-title 'Brokers,' to immediately follow
section 19, to be designated as 'Sections 19 A,' provid-
ing for securing properly the property of pledges held
by pawn brokers.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to add three additional sec-
tions to Article 4, Code of Public Local Laws, title
'City of Baltimore, sub-title 'Charter,' heading 'Illu-
minating Oils and Fluids,' as enacted by chapter 123,
Acts of 1898, to be known as 'Sections 456 A, 456 B
and 456 C.' "
