hibit the delivery, the bringing for the purpose of de-
livery, and the having in possession for said purpose
of delivery of spirituous, vinus, malt or brewed liquors
within any city, town or township, borough, place
governed by borough commission, village, seaside re-
sort or other municipality in this State in which there
is no existing license for the sale of said liquors or
any of them."

On motion of Mr. Godwin,

It was moved, to refer the bill to the Judiciary Com-
mittee.

On motion of Mr. Collins,

It was moved to postpone indefinitely the motion to
refer the bill to the Judiciary Committee.
Which was carried.

The Chair ruled that the motion carried the bill
with it.

Mr. Atkinson moved to reconsider the vote by which
the bill was indefinitely postponed.

Which was carried.

The bill was then referred to the Judiciary Com-
mittee.
