the charter of the Hagerstown Railway Company of
Washington county, Maryland, a corporation duly in-
corporated under the provisions of Article 23, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, to auth-
orize it to buy, sell or lease or consolidate with the
Hagerstown and Myersville Railway Company, the
. Hagerstown West End Railway Company, or any other
railroader railway, and to connect or enter into a traffic
agreement with the said railway companies, or any
other railroad or railway company, and also to auth-
orize and empower the said Hagerstown and Myers-
ville Railway Company and the Hagerstown West End
Railway Company, or either of them, to sell, lease or
consolidate with or enter into traffic agreement with
the said Hagerstown Railway Company of Washington
county, Maryland, or any other railroad or railway
company, and to make the charter of the Hagerstown
Railway Company of Washington county perpetual."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
1. Strike out the last clause in title as follows:
"And to make the charter of the Hagerstown Railway
Company of Washington county Maryland, per-
petual."
