title 'Westminster,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add six new sections to Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll
County, sub-title 'Westminster,' to be designated
'Sections 226 A, 226 B, 226 C, 226 D, 220 E and 226
F,' which shall follow immediately after sections 226
of said Article 7, all of said new sections relating to
buildings in the city of Westminster, and the ap-
pointment of au inspector thereof."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Goslin, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, with amendments.
House bill, File No. 702, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 205 to 213 both inclusive of Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Caroline County,'
sub-title 'Roads,' and sections 1 and 2 of Article 25 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'County Com-
missioners,' and all other laws, so far as said sections
and laws may be inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act, and providing for the submission thereof to
the qualified voters of Caroline county at the election
to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday
of November, 1904."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section B, line 15, strike out the word "this" and
insert the word "his."

be engrossed for a third reading.
Also favorably, with amendments,
House bill, File No. 704, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the wide tires on vehicles used for the transpor-
tation of loads on the public roads of Caroline county,
and to prescribe the penalty for a violation of the
same."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 7, line 2, strike out the words "Road
Law" and insert the words "Wide Tire Law."
