utaries, within the waters of Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's counties, and in the tributaries of the Potomae

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
By Mr. Grant,
A bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the Legislature of Maryland to a certain
grant, sale and deed made to and for the use and bene-
fit of the Third Congregation of the Diciples of Jesus
Christ, in the city and precincts of Baltimore, a
religious corporation, duly incorporated."
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 205 to 213
both inclusive of Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Caroline County,' sub-title 'Roads,' and
sections 1 and 2 of Article 25, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'County Commissioners,' and all
other laws so far as said sections and laws may be in-
consistent with the provisions of this Act, and pro-
viding for the submission thereof to the qualified
voters of Caroline county at the election to be held on
the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November,
1904."
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Caroline delegation and Mr. Butler.
