of taxing oysters with rakes or tongs in the waters of
Wicomico county, and in certain waters of Dorchester
county."

Dorchester delegation.

By Mr. Oursler,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 216, 226,
227 and 232 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled 'Carrol County,' sub-title 'Westmin-
ster,' and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
to add six new sections to Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled 'Carroll County, siib-title
'Westminster,' to be designated 'Sections 226 A, 226
B, 226 C, 226 D, 226 E and 226 F,' which shall follow
immediately after sections 226 of said Article 7, all of
said new sections relating to buildings in the city of
Westminster, and the appointment of an inspector
thereof."

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sub-sections 'Officers, Limits, Elections,
Registration and Mayor' of section 184 A, and sub-
sections 'Council and Board of Health' of section 184
B of chapter 356 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1902, entitled 'An Act to incorporate the town of
Midland, in Allegany county,' by amending the Code
of Public Local Laws, Article 1, entitled 'Allegany
County,' by adding two sections under the new sub-
title 'Midland,' to follow section 184, and to be desig-
nated respectively as 'Sections 184 A and 184 B.' "
