House bill, File No. 622, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for registering John W. Quill, a registered qual-
ified voter of the Third Election District of Howard
county, as a legal and qualified voter on the Registra-
tion Books of the Fifth Election District of said
county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Howard, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill, File No. 623, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors, or
lager beer at any place in Garrett county, within three
miles of Lower Savage School House, in the village of
Bond, Garrett county, Maryland."
