chapter '298 of the Acts of Assembly of 1892, title 'Au
Act to regulate the institution of suits before Justices
of the Peace in Peace in Kent county."

orably,

House bill, File No. 669, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the town of Barnesville in Montgomery county."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hall, from Select Committee, reported unfavor-
ably.

House bill, File No. 361, entitled ''An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 99 and 100 of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of Maryland, en-
titled 'City of Baltimore, sub-title 'Charter."

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Harrison, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably with amendments,

House bill, File No. 618, entitled "An Act to add an
additional section to Article 11, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick County,'
sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Constables,' to be
known as 'Section 289 C,' regulating the compensation
of the police justice of the peace for Election District
Number 12, in Frederick County."

stitute in lieu thereof the words "twenty-five."

In section "289 C," line 1, strike out the word
"twelve" and substitute in lieu thereof, the words
