Whereupon Came the aforesd James Gray and by Recognizance did acknowledge himself to be indebted to their Maties

King William & Queen Mary the Sum of Tenn pound Sterling money of England due to be leavied on his goods and

and Chattels Lands and Tennements for their Maties uses &ca. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

  The Condicon of the abovesd Recognizance is Such That if Mary Simpson do pay twenty five dayes

   worke with diet & tools for a ffine as afd when pr Court demanded, as also prosecute Aaron Bishopp at our next

  County Court to be held the Second tuesday in September, next, as also that she the sd Mary be of the good behaviour

   and abearance to all their Maties Liege people of this Province dureing this Courts pleasure, & that she pay

   Cost of Sute then this Recognizance to be void & of none effect otherwayes to be & remaine in full force & vertue
