The Condicon of which Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Aaron Bishopp be of good behaviour

and abearance to all their Maties Liege People of this Province dureing the Courts pleasure , and keep this said

County of Somerset harmless & indempnified from all Charge & trouble that may ensue by reason of y^e aforesd Basterd

Child, as also pay his Cost of Sute, then the abovesd Recognizance to be void & of none effect, Otherwayes to be and

remain in full power force and vertue. //
