Mcknitt plt as appears in lib fo: 46: Both parties this day apprd the Sd Mcknitt in Open Court made Oath that he Stood in fear that he the sd Amos would doe him harm either in his Body or Estate // - - - -And thereupon the Worll. Court Ordered that he the sd Amos Should give good Security for his good behaviour &ca. - - - - Whereupon Came the said Amos & his two Securityes Thomas Beauchamp and Wm Warwick And the Said Amos did acknowledge and Confesse him Self to be indebted unto their Maties in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling money & his Securities aforesd in the Sum of five pounds a piece like money all due to be leavied on their goods & Chattels Lands & Tennements for their Maties uses &ca. ___________ The Condition of this Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Amos Parsons be of the good behaviour & abearance to all their Maties Liege People of this Province, & more especially to John: Macknitt dureing this Courts pleasure as also pay his fees &ca. that then the abovesd Recognizance to be void, & of none effect, Otherwise be & remaine in full power force & vertue. // Ordered likewise Said Amos Pay Costs upon ye Ordr & Sumons upon Contempt of sd matter (viz) in refuseing to obey sd Sumons &ca.
