Mcdonnell Likewise the said Mary pay as a ffine 25 dayes work diet & tools, & to give Security for her good behaviour ffine & fees. // Whereupon Came the Said Elizabeth with her two Securities Wm:Brittingham & Thomas: Wilson & the said Eliz. did confess her Self to owe and be indebted unto their Maties King Wm & Queen Mary The Sum of 10£ Sterling & her Securities in the Sum of five pounds like money all due to be leavied on their goods & Chattells Lands & Tenements for their Maties uses &ca. ~ ~ ~ The Condicon of the above sd Recogizance is Such that if the above bound Elizabeth Hines be of the good behaviour & abearance to all their Maties Liege People of this Province dureing this Courts pleasure as also pay her fines & ffees then the abovesd Recog. to be void & of none effect otherwayes to be & remaine in full force & vertue.

The humble Petion of Thomas: Roberts Sheweth that ye Petioner by ye appointmt of mr James Round did carry Sundry writeings upon the Country’s service to John:Darby at Dellaware in New Castell County in the Teritories of Pennsylvania about which used all methods of diligence. The time Spent for my self & horse being in my outgoing & returning twelve dayes for which with my unafordable expense I humbly Crave this Worll Courts favourable allowance, & yr petioner Shall ever pray. &ca. Petion being read it was Ordered that Ellis Coleman pay the sd Roberts 440:lbs Of tobacco

The humble Petion of Mary Prise Widdow & Relict of James: Prise humbly Sheweth &ca. - - - - That yr Petioner by ye Last Will & Testament of her deceased husband was left intirely posessed of his whole Estate as well real as prsonall dureing her Widdow[hood] But so it is may it Please yr worpps. That my two Sonns in Law without Regard to ye Sd Will, or yr Petioners Rights attempts to build houseing upon yr Petioners Land without her leave or Consent, to ye great grief and prejudice of yr poor petioner who is daily molested & most highly abused & threatened to be turned out of my own house & livelyhood. I have none to adress my Self to, nor any refuge Save only yr worpps, whose Care has hitherto been Shewn in preserving the Peace & Rights of the Widdow & Such as are oppressed. Therefore most [heartily by] the premises may be Considered, & that yr worpps will Order that the sd Sonns in Law may appear before yw and give reasons for their So unjust malifaction, So as yr Petioner may enjoy her own in quiet, and yr Petioner Shall ever as in duty bound pray &ca. Upon wch Petion being read, it was by ye Justices Ordered That Cornelius Ward & Thomas Ward make their prsonall appearance at our next County Court, to be held ye 2d.
