Their Maties Contra } Thomas: Camplin Somerset County Ss // in Maryland Whereas before us came this day Severall of the great Men Indians of Tundetank of this County & Charged Thomas: Camplin of the Same County as Confederate & accessory in the death of one Doctor James an Indian of the Same Town &ca. // These are therefore to require yw to take into yr Custody the Said Thomas Camplin & him in Safe Custody keep So yw have his body not only to answer the Said Indians what they Shall alleadge against him when required; but also their Maties at ye next County Court, Given under our hands and Seals this 15th. of August anno Domini 1693 //
