John:Signed bringeth here into Court the date whereof is the day and year aforesd. aforesd bringeth here to Court

acknowledged himself to be bound to the Said John in the Said full & just Sume 4700 Pounds of Tobacco and

Caske to be paid to the Said Cole at any demand at one intire payment, at Some Convenient Landing upon Pocomoke

River Somerset County aforesd. To the which paym^t well & truly to be made & done, the Said Teague bound him

Self firmly by the sd Bill Nevertheless the sd Teague the sd Sum of 4700 Pounds of Tobacco according to the teno^r

of the Said Bill although demanded the Same to the Said John hath not rendered, but hath hitherto refused & doth

Virginia Innholder, doe owe & am indebted unto y^e said John:Cole, the full & just Sum & quantity of four

thousand Seven hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf tobacco with Sufficient Caske to contain the
