( 19 ) John:Signed bringeth here into Court the date whereof is the day and year aforesd. aforesd bringeth here to Court acknowledged himself to be bound to the Said John in the Said full & just Sume 4700 Pounds of Tobacco and Caske to be paid to the Said Cole at any demand at one intire payment, at Some Convenient Landing upon Pocomoke River Somerset County aforesd. To the which paymt well & truly to be made & done, the Said Teague bound him Self firmly by the sd Bill Nevertheless the sd Teague the sd Sum of 4700 Pounds of Tobacco according to the tenor of the Said Bill although demanded the Same to the Said John hath not rendered, but hath hitherto refused & doth Still refuse to the damage of the said John of 6000 Pounds of tobacco & thereof he brings his Sute. Be it known unto all men by these prsents that I Teague Riggon of the County of Somerset in ye Province of Maryland Planter. for a valuable Consideration to be in hand paid me by John:Cole of Accamack County in Virginia Innholder, doe owe & am indebted unto ye said John:Cole, the full & just Sum & quantity of four thousand Seven hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf tobacco with Sufficient Caske to contain the Same, to be paid unto the said John. Cole or to his Certaine Attorney or his Heirs Exters or Admrs or Assigns at any demands at one entire playment, at Some Convenient Landing upon Pocomoke River in Somerset County aforesd to ye which payment well & truly to be made I Teague Riggin Doe bind my Self my Heirs Exters Admrs firmly by these presents.
