Whereupon Comand was given to the Sheriff to bring here twelve good & Lawfull men of his Balywick that the matter in hand

might be the better understood a List or pannell wherein were returned as followeth (viz) Richard: Chambers William

Planner Senr. Jno.Mcknitt.Robert Smith. William Law Wm:Alexander Junr. Wm: Curre ffrancis Joyce. Richard:Holland

Wm:Lawrence Jno.Mcbride Stephen: Costine 12) who being legally Sumoned returned & Sworn upon the holy Evangelists

who having heard the foresd Declaracon as also three Evidences upon their Oaths examined, as also the following

lines read receives their Charge & are Sent forth in Order to determine the matter. - - - - - - - - - - - -

              These prsent shall Oblige me the Subscriber to pay unto John. Kirke or Order thirteen bushells of

              Salt upon demand as Wittness my hand this 4th day of June 1689.

this Country without Indenture as he declared, And after full view, the Court adjudged the Said Thomas Hall

to be thirteen years of age.
