Hereby in their Maties Names Straightly enjoyned & Comanded forthwith upon Receipt hereof
by themselves or their respective Deputies & SubSheriffs publickly to make known and give notice
by Publick Proclamation hereof in y^e most Publick & known Places within their respective
Counties to y^e people and Inhabitants of y^e Same y^t at or soon after y^e finishing Concluding or
Breaking up of y^e next Provinciall Court Commencing the last tuesday of September Instant
Will be opened and held at y^e Citty of S^t Maryes their Maties high Court of Chancery for y^e
hearing and Determining of all Matters of Equity Depending in the Sd Court, and further y^t
on y^e 20^th Day of 8ber next Ensuing. The Comissary Gen^ll. or Chief Judge for the Probate of
Wills & Granting Administrations &ca Within this Province will hold his Court at his office
at y^e Sd Citty of S^t Maryes for the hearing Determing & Adjudging all Matters testamentary
and releating to Administrations &ca in y^e Sd Court Whereof all p^rSons Concerned are to take
Due Congizance, & Provide themselves accordingly. ___ Given und^r my hand and Seale this

Whereas the last Sessions of y^e Gen^ll Assembly of this Province begun and held at y^e Citty
of S^t Maryes on y^e 10^th Day of May last Past and there Continued to y^e 9^th of June then next
following was on y^e Sd 9^th of June Adjourned untill y^e twentieth Day of 8ber now next Ensuing
which being now near at hand and noe urgent affairs or Occasions relating to y^e State and
Wellfair of this Province now Occuring which might require y^e Convening and Sitting of y^e
Said assembly on the Sd twentieth Day of 8ber to which the Same hath been Adjourned as aforesd
I have thought fitt & Doe hereby fully resolve, Determine & ordaine that y^e Said Gen^ll assembly
be further prorogued untill y^e 6^th Day of April next Ensuing y^e Date hereof thereby Willing
and requiring as also Straightly Charging & Commanding all & Singular y^e Sheriffs of this p^rvince
forthwith upon Receipt hereof to make publick Proclamation hereof in y^e most Publick and
Convenient places within their Severall & Respective Counties as also to all and Singular y^e Delegates
& Deputies by the freemen of their Said Countyes thereunto Elected & Chosen y^t all Excuses Sett
aparte they & every of them Come & p^rsonally appear at y^e Sd Citty of S^t Maryes on y^e Sixth
Day of April next Ensueing to do & Consent to these things which then and there by y^e favour
