More of you as aforesd Such &             So many good & Lawfull men of your County by whome y^e truth in
y^e premises may the better be known & Enquired of. And lastly we have appointed John West Clk
& keeper of y^e Records & proceedings in this y^e Court and therefore you shall Cause to be brought
before you at y^e sd Dayes & places y^e writts, precepts Processes & Inditem^ts to y^e Crt & Jurisdiction

Commission Named to be Commisso^rs & Justices for y^e keeping o^r peace in & for o^r County of Som^rset
with full Power & Authority to keep o^r County Court there at Such Dayes & times as by y^e Law in
y^t Case is made & Provided.  Now Know yee that we Reposing great trust & Confidence in y^r fidelities
& prudent Circumspections have assigned you and by vertue of these presents Doe Give unto you
full power & Authority you y^e Sd ffrancis Jenckins having first taken y^e usuall oath of Comisso^r
& Justice of y^e Peace of o^r Sd County upon y^e holy Evangelists which oath wee Doe hereby Empow^r
Authorized you y^e Sd John Winder Duely to Adm^r & you y^e Sd ffrancis Jenckins having received
& taken y^e Sd oath we doe hereby Authorize you to Adm^r the like oath of Commiss^rs & Justice of the
Peace unto y^e Sd John Winder & y^e rest of y^e Comisso^rs of y^e County Crt which being Done & p^rformed
