Elizabeth. Gold Servant to James: Henderson. The father of the Child Alexa. Gold
Saith She is going in to nine 15th. Janry. last past  The father saith she is not to dispose
of according to the Custom of the Country.  This Court judgeth & assents to the Same, age.
      Vera Copia pr John: West Depy Clk Cur Comit Somerset .
After which Petion and Order was read, as also a Second Order congruous to the last
Order, (only the last word viz) age. was left out in sd last Order, which two sd Orders &
the Originall Record appearing. this Court did adjudge the sd last word on Record to be
the word age.  And therefore did Order the sd Elizabeth Gold to Serve according to Act of
assembly. viz from the judgmt. of the former Record of nine years . -    -    -    -    -     -     -
 
To the worll. ye Comrs of Somerset County Court, the humble Petion of Thomas: Beauchamp
Execcutor of Edmund Beauchamp Deceased humbly Sheweth C  That yr Petioner having C
nothing to pay what debts were owing by the Estate of the deceased, yr. Petioner therefore C
Craves, yr worps to declare what Shall be allowed for tobacco the Estate being appraised in
money. And yr worps Petioner, as in duty bound Shall ever pray &ca. -   -   -   -   -   -   -   -   -
Which Petion being read. this Court values ye sd Tobacco at Six shillings pr hundred .
 
         March the 15th. 1691/2.
By vertue of the Order of Court we Richard:Whitty & Wm: Porter, have heard what ye wittnesses
Could Say and according to the best of our judgmt. hath ended & finally Concluded the differences
in the two actions betwixt James:Inglish & George Parks to the which we have Ordered the
Said Inglish to pay the said Parks nine hundred pound of tobacco, Each man paying his
own charges in Law for his work as wittness our hands and Seals
