Ordered by this Court that mr. Arnold: Elzey=s Servant Roger be taken out
of the list of Titheables being dead. ---------------    - - - - - -     ---------   - - - - - -
 
To their Maties Justices for Somerset County now Sitting in Court, The humble Petion
of Anne Walker humbly Sheweth.  That whereas your Petioner did in her widdowhood
did put her Children by name Thomas:Samuel. & Charles Roberts unto mr James Round
mr. William: Round & mr Thomas. Morris which now your Petioner humbly Craves to have
her Children again for Some reasons your Petioner hath, which humbly prayes may be
granted, & your Petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray. C              not granted  C
 
To the worll. Comrs. of Somerset County Court the humble Petion of Edmund:Williams C
humbly Sheweth.  That your Petioner is a very aged decripped Person & uncapable of
getting his living. your Petioner therefore humbly prayes he may be exempted from
paying his leavy and your Petioner shall pray.  C       not granted.
 
Somerset Ss.  To the worll. Their Maties Justices of the Peace for this County in Cort Sitting
the humble Petion of Alexander Gold humbly Sheweth . C   That Elizabeth Gold yr Petionrs
Daughter hath Served James Henderson late of this County deceased, the full time & terme
of five years, and by her Said Master, in his life time as also by John: Henderson Since the
said James his decease hath been detained in Service thre years & 2 longer wthout any
Satisfaction to the said Elizabeth made for ye sd 32 years, but Still the Said Elizabeth is
denyed her freedom, Satisfaction, Satisfaction for the 3 years & 2 Service with Corn and
Clothes, according to the Custom of the Country. to the great grief & Sorrow of heart of your
poor Petioner, therefore your petioner Craves your worps to Consider your petioners daughters
Case, and that yr worps,and that yr worps may Order her freedom Corn and Clothes wthwht Satisfaction
your worps shall think fitt for the Said three years & half, & yr petioner as in duty bound shall

At a Court held for the County of Somerset in the Province of Maryland the 10th. day of ffebry
