Or Sum of three thousand five hundred & fifty foot of good Sound Merchantable Cypress plank
Inch Sawed, which to him he Oweth & unjustly deteineth &ca -   - - - - - - - - - - -   __________
And whereupon the said Moses by Peter Dent his Atto^rney Saith that the said Wm. y^e 19^th =
day of November in y^e year of o^r Lord 1690. at Pocomoke within y^e Jurisdiction of this Court
by his Certaine Bill Obligatory which the said Moses with the Seal of the said Wm. Signed
bringeth here into Court y^e date whereof is the day & year aforesd acknowledged himself to
be Owing & Stand justly indebted unto the said Moses in the said full & just quantity or
Sum of 3550 foot of plank to be paid & delivered to the said Moses at Cedar Hall landing
for a valuable Consideration by y^e Said Wm: in hand recd, to y^e w^ch payment well and truly to be
made & done y^e said Wm. bound himself firmly by the said Bill, the said Plank to be paid upon
or before y^e last day of November next ensueing y^e date of the Said Bill. Nevertheless the sd
Wm: the Said Plank according to the teno^r of the sd Bill hath not paid but hath hitherto
denyed, & doth Still deny to the damage of the sd Moses of 6000. Pounds of tobacco. &

ffenton of the Same County & Province aforeSaid Cordwinder, in the full & just quantity or
Sum of three thousand five hundred & fifty foot of good Sound Merchantable Cypress planke inch
Sawed to be paid & delivered at Cedar Hall Landing unto the aforesd Moses ffenton or to his B
Certaine Attorney, Exte^rs Adm^rs or Assigns for a valuable Consideration in hand allready received
to the which payment well & truly to be made & done. I bind me my Heirs, Ext^rs, Adm^rs or Assigns
wittness whereof I do hereunto Sett my hand & Seal. this three thousand five hundred & fifty
foot of plank as aforesd is to be pd upon or before the last day of Novemb^r now next ensueing
the date hereof in wittness whereof I doe hereunto Sett my hand & Seal this nineteenth of
November. 1690
